What we collect

When you submit a form on this site we store the details you enter, along with the page you submitted from and basic technical information such as your IP address. When you talk to our assistant, we store the conversation so we can improve the answers.

Why

To respond to your enquiry, to fulfil a support or maintenance contract, and to understand which parts of the site are useful.

How long

Enquiries are kept for as long as the commercial relationship is live, and for a reasonable period after. Job applications are kept for twelve months unless you ask us to remove them sooner.

Your rights

Write to us at the address on the contact page to ask what we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted.
